Tree Surfing at The Enchanted Maze

I love any excuse to be a bit adventurous and escape the busy Melbourne city! If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, I would definitely recommend taking the drive down the coast and give Tree Surfing a go at The Enchanted Maze! I had my doubts but it was definitely an activity that gets you up and about, not something you would usually do on a day off and was completely safe! We went for the five obstacles where the difficulty increases, which took a max of 1.5 hours and was honestly a really fun activity to do! It’s a way of testing your strength, balance and coordination through trees, bridges, nets and swings; but all in all a way to have fun! There was also the additional giant Tarzan swing, rock climbing wall and a zip line that goes 300m across the Enchanted garden and lake which was really beautiful from above.
The course that we took part in was called the ‘Tree Surfing Grand’ which costs $60 per adult and includes your admission to the whole Enchanted Maze. After taking part in the tree surfing activity, there was heaps more to explore such as the maze, lake and garden. The first time I visiting the Enchanted Maze was a couple of years ago and I can definitely say the Tree Surfing experience this time round made the visit much more memorable!
Around the corner from The Enchanted Maze is the newly built Arthur’s Seat Eagle. One of my favourite stopovers when in the area as the drive up is one of the most beautiful views of Victoria. Taking the Gondola at Arthur’s Seat was a perfect way to end a ‘hard’ day tree surfing, where you can sit back and enjoy the view across the bay.
