It can probably be assumed that any of your boyfriends ‘comfy’ clothes are almost always likely to have a space in your own wardrobe – whether it be a hoodie, beanie or even an oversized shirt. I’m definitely guilty of this! One that I seem to always have my hands on is his navy blue checkered G-Star shirt, as whenever I have it on it has the perfect ‘oversized shirt’ effect while being both comfy and cosy. Personally looks much better unbuttoned with either a plain T-shirt or sweater underneath. I decided to pair the oversized shirt with just a plain Black Zara wool sweater underneath to still keep me warm during the Melbourne winter and a pair of White Topshop jeans. Kept it as a simple yet chic look with the addition of a current favourite – The Nine West Black ankle heeled boots which are ridiculously comfortable to walk in around the Melbourne CBD. Attempted for the ‘choker’ look that is currently trending to add a bit of an edge to the overall look. Although it still looked good with the outfit, definitely would have preferred a thinner choker. The term ‘choker’ sounds so rough! The mini Celine luggage was the perfect choice for this outfit, as the over the shoulder strap adds to the casual yet comfort vibes, and overall is a convenient handbag that fits almost everything I need. The crocodile texture of the handbag definitely stands out in comparison to the already plain items of clothing I had on.
