65 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC 3121 It was a perfect sunny Saturday in Melbourne for an overdue brunch session with Mr P at Fifty Acres. Everything about this place – the atmosphere, food and service was certainly on point! Ordering coffees the minute we sit down is a must. Mr P ordered the infamous Chorizo Scotch Eggs with Avocado, Manchego, Spinach and Seeded Mustard Mayo; and I ordered The Breakfast Board. Everything on the menu looked delicious, it was definitely a difficult decision to decide what to order. The Breakfast Board was a great choice, consisting of: The Chorizo Scotch Eggs, a Breakfast Burrito that had scrambled egg, manchego, tomato relish, corn avocado black bean salsa with chipotle and to sweeten things off, a stack of Pumpkin Pancakes with Orange Segments, Citrus Mascarpone, Candied Walnuts and Canadian Maple. Never had tried anything like those pumpkin pancakes before and was highly impressed! Both dishes was beyond description! Putting aside the amazing meals, I have to mention how simple and contemporary the interior of Fifty Acres! Definitely easily get attached to places or restaurant that has a beautiful interior.
